Sauce free Pasta. Yummy

Pasta

First off I feel I must tell you that I'm not a pasta eater, not that I don't really like it but it fills me up way to fast and I would rather eat protein, but I really enjoyed this so I wanted to share.

A few years back we went to the Northwest Steakhouse in Mason City, Ia. and had some of the best steak and noodles.
They don't open until 5 pm and of course we got there at that time and ended up waiting in line for almost an hour...I must say it was so worth it!!!

After lots and lots of trial and error I think I have the combination of spices down...if not exact darn close, regardless everyone here likes it.

what you need:
pasta (i use angel hair pasta but you can use whatever you have on hand)
1 stick of butter
1 tsp Greek seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Lawry's seasoning
Parmesan cheese

Prepare pasta as directed, while that is cooking,
melt butter then add the seasoning, stir until well combined.Drain pasta and stir in butter mixture. Top with lots of Parmesan Cheese. That's it!!! What a great side dish this makes.

When I'm cooking steak in the oven I like to make this butter combination and pour it over the steak then once the steak is done pour juices over the pasta. Can you say YUM-O!?! Let me know what you think. Enjoy!!!

I am on the search for my cord for my camera and as soon as   I find it I will be adding pictures with my recipes.

Sharing

I spend so much time on the internet that my husband suggested that I start a blog, so here goes...

I love to share things I find online whether it be recipes...(which I love to change around and make my own to fit our family), tips I find for the home, scrapbooking, saving money etc...

I hope that you enjoy your time spent here.
